ML Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for personalization and recommendation engines
• Work with large-scale distributed systems and big data technologies to process and analyze user behavior data
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for production environments
• Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure model impact on business metrics
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building ML engineering best practices

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from premier institutes
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with strong Python/Java programming skills
• Proven experience deploying ML models at scale using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision algorithms
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or similar
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
