The Medical Superintendent will provide strategic and operational leadership for the 400-bed multi-specialty hospital in Gurugram. This role involves overseeing clinical governance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and coordination between medical and administrative departments. You will ensure the highest standards of patient care while driving operational efficiency and financial performance.

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all clinical and support departments
• Ensure compliance with NABH, regulatory, and statutory requirements including MCI, state health authorities
• Drive clinical quality improvement initiatives, patient safety protocols, and infection control programs
• Manage relationships with consultant doctors, visiting specialists, and medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Oversee bed management, OT utilization, emergency services, and critical care operations
• Collaborate with hospital administration on budgets, resource allocation, and revenue optimization

• MBBS with MD/MS or equivalent post-graduate medical qualification from recognized institution
• 12+ years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in hospital administration or leadership roles
• In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, clinical governance, and healthcare regulations in India
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and resolve conflicts
• Experience with NABH accreditation, quality management systems, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making capabilities
• MHA or MBA in Hospital Administration is a strong advantage
