Management Consultant - Digital Transformation

As a Management Consultant focused on Digital Transformation, you will lead client engagements helping enterprises navigate their digital journey, from strategy to implementation. This role demands strong consulting acumen, technology understanding, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. You will work on high-impact projects across BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements on digital transformation, operating model design, and business process reengineering
• Develop digital strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for clients across multiple industry verticals
• Conduct current state assessments, gap analysis, and recommend technology-enabled solutions to drive business outcomes
• Facilitate workshops with CXOs and senior leadership to align on transformation vision and implementation approach
• Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure quality delivery within timelines and budgets
• Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and business development initiatives for the practice

• MBA or advanced degree from premier institution with 8+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs for enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies including cloud, AI/ML, automation, and enterprise platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
• Experience in one or more industries: BFSI, retail, manufacturing, telecom, or technology
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) to client locations across India and internationally
