We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to drive business transformation projects for our enterprise clients. This role involves conducting strategic assessments, designing operating models, and leading implementation initiatives across various industries.

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from problem diagnosis to solution implementation
• Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and strategic recommendations
• Design operating models, organizational structures, and transformation roadmaps
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives
• Develop proposals, business cases, and thought leadership content
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building initiatives

• 8+ years of consulting experience in strategy, operations, or business transformation
• MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent advanced degree
• Proven track record of leading complex consulting projects and managing stakeholder expectations
• Deep industry knowledge in at least one sector (BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive presence
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
