The Management Consultant will work on high-impact client engagements focused on business strategy, operational improvement, and digital transformation. This role involves leading project workstreams, conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and presenting to C-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and consulting experience across multiple industries.

• Lead consulting engagements for clients in BFSI, manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development
• Design operating models, process optimization frameworks, and organizational transformation roadmaps
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct interviews, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
• Prepare executive presentations, whitepapers, and thought leadership content for internal and client audiences
• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to business development, and support proposal development

• 7-10 years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms or corporate strategy roles
• MBA from Tier-1 business school (IIM, ISB, XLRI) or equivalent
• Strong expertise in strategy formulation, operational excellence, or digital transformation
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality deliverables under tight timelines
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive presence
• Willingness to travel extensively across client locations in India
