About the Role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our India practice and work on high-impact strategic projects across industries. This role involves leading project workstreams, conducting complex analysis, and developing actionable recommendations for C-suite executives.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead end-to-end project workstreams on strategy, operations, and transformation engagements
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations
Develop client-ready presentations and communicate insights to senior client stakeholders
Manage junior team members and provide mentorship on consulting methodologies and problem-solving
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional value creation
Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing and pitch presentations

What Boston Consulting Group Is Looking For

Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting with top-tier firms (MBB or Big Four strategy)
MBA from Tier-1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, or top global business schools) required
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, market sizing, and strategic frameworks
Proven ability to synthesize complex information and create compelling executive-level presentations
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior client leadership
Experience across multiple industries such as BFSI, retail, technology, or healthcare preferred
Willingness to travel extensively (60-80%) based on project requirements
