Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to work on high-impact client engagements across industries including private equity, technology, consumer goods, and financial services. You'll solve complex business problems and drive transformational change for India's leading corporations.

• Lead workstreams on strategic consulting projects including growth strategy, M&A due diligence, and operational improvement
• Structure complex business problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop actionable recommendations
• Manage client relationships at senior leadership level and present findings to CXOs and board members
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions
• Mentor and develop junior consultants while contributing to team culture and knowledge sharing
• Support business development activities including proposal writing and client pitches

• 6+ years of consulting experience from MBB or Tier-1 strategy consulting firms
• MBA from top-tier business schools (IIMs, ISB, Harvard, Wharton, Stanford) or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience across multiple industries and functional areas with demonstrated client impact
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally
