Lead MarTech Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Lead MarTech Solutions Architect to design and implement comprehensive marketing technology ecosystems for enterprise clients. This role involves architecting solutions across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, personalization, and customer data platforms. You will lead client engagements, provide strategic consulting, and ensure successful delivery of complex MarTech transformation programs.

• Architect end-to-end MarTech solutions including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CDP platforms
• Lead discovery workshops with clients to understand business objectives and design technology roadmaps
• Define integration architectures connecting marketing platforms with CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and personalization strategies
• Oversee technical delivery teams and ensure solution quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices
• Drive thought leadership through client presentations, proposals, and contribution to MarTech practice development

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related field
• 9+ years of experience in MarTech implementation with at least 3 years in architecture roles
• Deep expertise in marketing platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), DMP, and marketing analytics tools
• Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and enterprise system architectures
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Relevant certifications in Adobe, Salesforce, or Google Marketing Platform preferred
