As a Lead Marketing Technology Specialist, you will architect and implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for enterprise customers across industries. This role combines technical expertise with marketing domain knowledge to drive digital transformation initiatives. You will lead implementation teams, consult with clients on best practices, and ensure successful adoption of Adobe's marketing technology stack.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including AEM, Analytics, Target, and Campaign
• Architect marketing technology ecosystems integrating Adobe products with third-party platforms and data sources
• Provide technical and strategic consulting to enterprise clients on digital marketing transformation
• Design data collection strategies, tagging frameworks, and analytics measurement plans
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs for client marketing and IT teams
• Serve as subject matter expert on marketing automation, personalization, and customer journey optimization

• 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital analytics, or martech implementation roles
• Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign, or Audience Manager)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, customer journey mapping, and data-driven marketing
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration technologies (APIs, webhooks)
• Experience managing complex implementation projects and leading technical teams
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
• Adobe certifications in Experience Cloud products highly preferred
