Lead Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to architect and build scalable features for Zomato's core platform. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and work on high-impact projects involving real-time ordering systems, personalization engines, and logistics optimization.

• Lead the design and development of full-stack features for Zomato's web and mobile platforms
• Architect scalable solutions handling millions of concurrent users and real-time order processing
• Mentor a team of engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices
• Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and improve user experience metrics
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver innovative customer-facing features
• Drive technical decisions, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to Zomato's tech stack evolution

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in modern web technologies
• Expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java)
• Deep understanding of system design, microservices, RESTful APIs, and database optimization
• Experience building high-traffic consumer applications and real-time systems
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with performance optimization at scale
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence technical direction
