• Lead data science projects focused on recommendation engines, pricing optimization, or demand forecasting
• Build and deploy machine learning models at scale serving millions of customers
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Mentor a team of 3-5 data scientists and drive technical excellence
• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to measure impact of ML models
• Stay current with latest developments in ML/AI and introduce innovations

• 7-10 years of experience in data science with proven track record in ML model development
• Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• M.Tech/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field from premier institutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work on ambiguous business problems
• Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
