Lead Data Science Manager

We are looking for a Lead Data Science Manager to build and lead our advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. This role will focus on personalization, recommendation systems, and customer lifetime value optimization. You will establish the data science roadmap and build a high-performing team of data scientists.

• Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 data scientists working on personalization and recommendation engines
• Drive end-to-end ML product development from ideation to production deployment and monitoring
• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and LTV modeling
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify data science opportunities
• Establish best practices for experimentation, A/B testing, and measurement frameworks
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic business decisions

• 8+ years of experience in data science with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and recommendation systems
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proven track record of delivering ML solutions in production at scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with business acumen
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field preferred
