Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage strategic relationships with 2-3 large enterprise clients in the BFSI sector with annual contract values exceeding $10 million. This role requires deep understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and the ability to drive growth through solution selling and account mining. You will work closely with delivery teams, presales, and executive leadership.

• Manage strategic relationships with 2-3 large BFSI clients with TCV responsibility of $25+ million
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new service opportunities
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and issue resolution
• Develop account plans, conduct QBRs, and present business reviews to client CXOs and senior leadership
• Lead RFP responses, proposal development, and commercial negotiations for new deals
• Build C-level relationships and position HCL as a strategic partner for digital transformation initiatives

• 9+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client relationship roles in IT services
• Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts with annual revenue responsibility of $15+ million
• Deep domain knowledge of BFSI sector with understanding of banking technology and digital transformation
• Strong solution selling capabilities across application services, infrastructure, cloud, and digital
• Excellent executive presence with ability to engage with CXOs and build strategic relationships
• MBA or engineering degree from reputed institution; additional certifications in sales are advantageous
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
