Investment Advisor

HDFC Bank is India's largest private sector bank by assets, serving over 68 million customers. The Wealth Management division offers comprehensive investment solutions including portfolio management, mutual funds, insurance, and estate planning to HNI and UHNI clients.

We are looking for an Investment Advisor to manage a portfolio of 100+ HNI clients with AUM targets of ₹50+ crores. The role involves financial planning, portfolio construction, and delivering superior investment advisory services aligned with client goals.

• Acquire and manage HNI clients with investible surplus of ₹50 lakhs to ₹5 crores
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning covering goal-based investing, tax optimization, and estate planning
• Design customized investment portfolios across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and structured products
• Achieve quarterly AUM targets of ₹12+ crores and revenue targets through advisory fees and product sales
• Provide regular portfolio reviews, market updates, and rebalancing recommendations to clients
• Ensure compliance with SEBI RIA guidelines, bank policies, and KYC/AML regulations

• MBA/PG in Finance with NISM certifications (Series V-A, X-A, X-B mandatory)
• 6+ years in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking roles
• Strong expertise in equity markets, mutual funds, fixed income, and alternative investments
• Proven track record of client acquisition and achieving AUM/revenue targets
• Excellent relationship management skills with HNI/UHNI client segments
• Deep knowledge of financial planning tools, portfolio optimization, and tax planning strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in financial analysis
