The Internal Auditor will conduct comprehensive internal audit assignments for large corporate clients across BFSI, manufacturing, and technology sectors. This role involves evaluating internal controls, assessing operational risks, and providing recommendations to strengthen governance frameworks. You will lead audit teams, interface with C-suite executives, and contribute to high-impact engagements that shape client business practices.

• Plan and execute end-to-end internal audit engagements including risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures
• Lead audit teams of 3-5 members and manage client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Identify control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and compliance issues with actionable recommendations
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to audit committees and senior management
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging risks across sectors

• 7-10 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk advisory with Big 4 or reputed firms
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong understanding of Indian and international auditing standards
• Expertise in COSO framework, SOX compliance, and operational audit methodologies
• Experience auditing BFSI, manufacturing, or technology sectors with exposure to complex processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools like ACL, IDEA, or Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to client locations across India as per engagement requirements
