The Inside Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving admissions for premium postgraduate and executive education programs. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on coaching to achieve aggressive revenue targets while maintaining high conversion quality and learner satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 inside sales counselors to achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies, scripts, and conversion frameworks
• Monitor team performance metrics including lead conversion, revenue achievement, and talk time
• Conduct daily huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and funnel efficiency
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership

• 6+ years of inside sales experience with minimum 2 years in team leadership
• Proven track record in EdTech, BFSI, or consultative B2C sales environments
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, target-driven environments
• Experience managing sales teams and driving consistent month-on-month growth
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
