Inside Sales Manager - K12 & Test Prep

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our high-performing sales team focused on K12 and test preparation programs. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, sales acumen, and the ability to drive team performance in a target-driven environment.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 25-30 inside sales counselors to achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹2+ crores
• Design and implement sales strategies, processes, and training programs to improve conversion rates
• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics through CRM dashboards
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, mock calls, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion funnel efficiency
• Drive customer satisfaction and renewal rates by ensuring consultative selling approach

• 6-10 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or admissions counseling roles
• Minimum 3 years in team management with proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or counseling-based sales preferred
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho), and performance analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with weekend availability
