Information Security Analyst

We are hiring an Information Security Analyst to strengthen our security operations and threat management capabilities. You will be responsible for monitoring security incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires hands-on expertise in security tools, threat intelligence, and incident response.

• Monitor security events and alerts using SIEM tools, investigate incidents, and coordinate response activities
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits across infrastructure and applications
• Implement and maintain security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection systems
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to embed security in the software development lifecycle
• Prepare security reports, compliance documentation, and present findings to senior management and auditors

• 7+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or related roles in fintech, banking, or technology companies
• Hands-on expertise with security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys), and WAF
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security frameworks
• Experience with incident response, threat hunting, forensics, and security operations center (SOC) management
• Knowledge of compliance standards including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, RBI guidelines, and data protection regulations
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or GIAC are highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
