Hospital Administrator - Multi-Specialty Operations

• Manage end-to-end hospital operations including clinical services, support functions, and administrative departments
• Drive operational efficiency, patient satisfaction scores, and achievement of NABH/JCI quality standards
• Oversee P&L management with annual revenue responsibility of ₹200+ crores
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 800+ staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel
• Ensure regulatory compliance with MCI, NABH, state health department, and other statutory bodies
• Implement strategic initiatives for capacity expansion, service line development, and patient experience enhancement

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or MBA from a reputed institution
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in hospital operations with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record managing multi-specialty hospitals with 300+ beds
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization
• Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, and crisis handling capabilities
• Knowledge of HMIS/EMR systems and healthcare analytics tools
