The Hospital Administrator will oversee the complete operational management of a 300+ bed multi-specialty hospital, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical, administrative, and support services. • Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital including clinical services, nursing, housekeeping, security, and support functions
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other healthcare accreditation standards and government regulations
• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and manage patient grievance redressal mechanisms effectively
• Oversee financial performance including revenue optimization, cost control, and budget management for the facility
• Lead human resource planning, recruitment, training, and performance management for 400+ staff members
• Collaborate with medical superintendents and clinical heads to ensure quality clinical outcomes and patient safety protocols

• 9+ years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations management
• MBA in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field from a premier institution
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and clinical governance
• Proven track record of managing multi-specialty hospitals with 200+ beds and diverse clinical departments
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience handling multidisciplinary teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and revenue cycle optimization
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to interface with doctors, patients, and regulatory bodies
