Hospital Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of our 500-bed multi-specialty hospital in Chennai. This role demands strong operational management, regulatory compliance expertise, and the ability to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

• Oversee all administrative and operational functions of a 500-bed multi-specialty hospital
• Manage hospital budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives to maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other healthcare regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Coordinate between clinical, nursing, support services, and administrative departments for seamless operations
• Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction scores, reduce wait times, and enhance service quality
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and facility maintenance operations

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or MBA with healthcare specialization
• 8+ years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and hospital accreditation processes
• Proven experience in managing multi-departmental operations in large hospitals (300+ beds)
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hospital management information systems (HMIS)
