We are looking for an experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of our 400-bed multi-specialty facility in Chennai. You will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and patient satisfaction. This leadership role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge and administrative expertise.

• Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the hospital including patient services, facilities, and support departments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and quality protocols
• Manage hospital budgets, cost control initiatives, and revenue optimization strategies
• Coordinate with clinical heads to ensure seamless patient care delivery and service excellence
• Implement policies and procedures for patient safety, infection control, and risk management
• Lead human resource functions including staffing, training, and performance management for administrative staff

• 9+ years of healthcare administration experience with at least 4 years in multi-specialty hospital settings
• MBA in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management from recognized institution
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality frameworks
• Proven experience in hospital operations, budgeting, and resource management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Understanding of hospital information systems, medical technologies, and digital health tools
• Experience with NABH or JCI accreditation processes is highly desirable
