About the Role
The Head of Brand Communications will lead the integrated brand communication strategy across all touchpoints, driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and thought leadership. This role will orchestrate PR, influencer marketing, social media, content strategy, and corporate communications for the Mamaearth brand.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies to strengthen Mamaearth's position as India's leading natural beauty and personal care brand
- Lead PR initiatives, media relations, and reputation management across print, digital, and broadcast channels
- Oversee influencer marketing programs, celebrity collaborations, and content creator partnerships to drive authentic brand storytelling
- Manage crisis communication protocols and serve as the primary spokesperson for brand-related communications
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and performance teams to ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints
- Track and analyze communication metrics, brand sentiment, and share of voice to continuously optimize strategies
What Mamaearth (Honasa Consumer) Is Looking For
- 9-13 years of experience in brand communications, PR, or integrated marketing with at least 5 years in beauty, FMCG, or D2C brands
- Proven track record of building brand narratives and executing high-impact communication campaigns
- Strong existing relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencer networks in the lifestyle and beauty space
- Excellent storytelling abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multi-channel communication strategies including digital, social, and traditional media
- MBA in Marketing/Communications or equivalent from premier institutes
- Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and cultural nuances in brand communication
