The Full Stack Developer will design and develop scalable web and mobile applications that power Paytm's payment and financial services ecosystem. This role involves working on both frontend and backend technologies, collaborating with product teams, and ensuring high-quality, performant code.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Java, or Python with microservices architecture
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for millions of concurrent users
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features aligned with business goals
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes following DevOps best practices

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with proven expertise in frontend and backend technologies
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Node.js, and RESTful API development
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached)
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments
