Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis functions supporting senior management decision-making and strategic planning. This role involves preparing management reports, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights on business performance and profitability. You'll work closely with business heads across geographies to drive financial discipline and operational efficiency.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes across business verticals
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards for senior management and board
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, geography, and customer segment to identify growth opportunities
• Support business evaluation for new initiatives, market expansion, and product launches
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS), regulatory requirements, and internal audit protocols
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and implement automation initiatives

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA qualification mandatory with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, preferably in NBFC, banking, or financial services sector
• Deep understanding of financial statements, management reporting, and accounting standards (Ind AS 109, 116)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
