Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for multiple client engagements while managing a team of finance professionals. This role involves strategic financial analysis, client advisory, and ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards.

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities for large-scale client engagements across diverse industries
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Supervise and mentor a team of 6-8 finance analysts and accountants, conducting performance reviews
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis presentations
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with audit teams and provide strategic recommendations to improve client financial processes

• 9+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit with Big 4 or reputed consulting firms
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory; CFA or MBA Finance is an added advantage
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• In-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS accounting standards
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial software
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication capabilities
• Experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams
