Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, auditing, and advisory engagements for mid to large-cap clients. You will manage project teams, client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence. This role offers exposure to complex accounting standards and the opportunity to work with diverse industries.

• Lead and manage multiple audit and assurance engagements ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and compliance with Ind AS and IFRS
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and revenue recognition
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for advisory services
• Manage and mentor teams of Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, and auditing standards with Big 4 experience preferred
• Proven experience managing audit engagements for listed or large private companies
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience
• Proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
