Finance Manager - Corporate Finance

We're seeking a Finance Manager to lead corporate finance engagements including financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and business valuations. This client-facing role involves managing teams, delivering quality insights, and driving business development.

• Lead financial due diligence and transaction advisory assignments for M&A deals valued at ₹500 Cr+
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, working capital assessment, and quality of earnings reviews
• Prepare detailed transaction reports, management presentations, and client deliverables
• Manage engagement teams of 5-8 professionals ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Build and maintain client relationships with CFOs, investment bankers, and private equity firms
• Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing and pitch presentations

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from premier institution mandatory
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Proven track record of managing complex financial due diligence assignments
• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with PE firms, strategic investors, or M&A advisory practices
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
