Engineering Manager - Full Stack Development

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers building customer-facing products. You will drive technical execution, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to deliver features that delight users. This role requires both technical depth and people management skills.

• Lead and manage a team of 8-10 full-stack engineers across multiple product squads
• Drive technical roadmap, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence initiatives
• Partner with product managers to define requirements and deliver features on time
• Conduct performance reviews, 1-on-1s, and career development planning for team members
• Establish engineering processes, best practices, and quality standards
• Contribute to hiring, team building, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in people management
• Strong full-stack development skills with expertise in React, Node.js, Python, or Java
• Experience building scalable web applications and mobile backends
• Solid understanding of databases, caching, microservices, and distributed systems
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in consumer-facing products or food-tech industry is a plus
