Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end operations for research and analytics projects serving global clients in consulting, financial services, and healthcare sectors. This role demands operational excellence, client relationship management, and continuous process improvement to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

• Manage delivery of research and analytics projects for 3-4 strategic client accounts with team size of 60+ analysts
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround time commitments
• Drive operational metrics including productivity, accuracy, capacity utilization, and client satisfaction scores
• Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Serve as primary point of contact for client escalations and strategic discussions
• Manage resource planning, performance management, and talent development for delivery teams

• 9-12 years of experience in KPO, research services, or consulting with at least 4 years in delivery management
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of managing large operational teams and delivering complex research projects
• Strong understanding of research methodologies including primary research, secondary research, and data analytics
• Excellent client management skills with experience handling C-level stakeholder relationships
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office Suite, and reporting dashboards
