Delivery Manager

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to oversee research and analytics services for our marquee clients in the BFSI vertical. This role requires managing multi-country delivery teams, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for client satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth for a $8 million account portfolio.

• Manage end-to-end delivery for research and analytics services across 5+ client accounts worth $8 million annually
• Lead a team of 80+ research analysts, quality auditors, and team leaders across multiple locations
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client KPIs with 98%+ compliance
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency gains
• Manage client relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, and identify upsell opportunities
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and talent development initiatives

• 10-14 years of experience in KPO/BPO delivery management with strong research and analytics background
• Proven track record of managing large teams (60+ members) and multi-million dollar accounts
• Deep expertise in BFSI domain including investment research, market research, or financial analytics
• Strong understanding of process excellence frameworks including Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards
• Excellent client management and communication skills with experience handling C-level stakeholders
• MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized business school
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable
