Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager will oversee multiple research and analytics engagements for global clients across financial services and investment domains. This role requires managing project delivery, client relationships, quality assurance, and team performance while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of research and analytics projects for 5-7 key clients in investment banking and private equity sectors
• Lead a team of 25+ research analysts and ensure optimal resource allocation across concurrent projects
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, regular business reviews, and quick resolution of escalations
• Implement quality frameworks and review mechanisms to ensure delivery excellence and zero-defect outputs
• Identify opportunities for service expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within existing client accounts
• Develop and mentor team members through regular coaching, performance feedback, and capability building initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in KPO, research services, or consulting with at least 3 years in delivery management
• Strong domain knowledge in financial services, investment research, or business research
• Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and delivering complex research projects
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills with experience handling global clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality orientation
• Experience in P&L management, resource planning, and operational excellence initiatives
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred

• Competitive package between ₹17L – ₹23L per annum
