Credit Manager - Corporate Banking

• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence for corporate loan proposals including financial modeling and risk assessment
• Structure term loans, working capital facilities, and project finance solutions tailored to client requirements and risk appetite
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports with recommendations for credit committee approval
• Monitor portfolio health, conduct periodic reviews of existing exposures, and identify early warning signals
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, bank policies, and credit risk management frameworks
• Collaborate with relationship managers, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursement and documentation

• MBA in Finance or CA/ICWA qualification with 9+ years of credit experience in corporate banking
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and loan structuring for corporate clients
• Deep understanding of various industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, NBFCs, and real estate
• Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and debt service coverage ratio calculations
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, banking guidelines, and credit documentation requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present credit proposals effectively
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
