• Oversee retail banking operations for 25-30 branches with combined business of ₹2,500+ crores
• Drive deposit mobilization, asset growth (home loans, personal loans, LAP), and fee income targets
• Lead a team of 15+ Branch Managers and 300+ banking professionals across the cluster
• Ensure asset quality, compliance with RBI norms, and adherence to bank's risk management policies
• Develop and execute cluster-specific strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition
• Monitor key performance metrics including NIM, cost-to-income ratio, and customer satisfaction scores

• 13-17 years of progressive experience in retail banking with at least 6 years in cluster/regional leadership
• Proven track record of managing large clusters and achieving business targets consistently
• Strong expertise in retail assets, liabilities, third-party products, and digital banking
• Excellent people management, coaching, and performance management capabilities
• MBA in Finance/Banking or CA/CFA qualification preferred
• Deep understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with HNI customers and corporates
