Cloud Architect

The Cloud Architect will design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure to support Razorpay's rapidly growing payment platform. This role requires deep expertise in multi-cloud architectures and fintech-grade reliability standards.

• Design and architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, and Azure for high-traffic payment systems
• Lead cloud migration initiatives and optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance
• Implement security best practices, compliance controls, and disaster recovery strategies
• Define infrastructure-as-code standards using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable microservices architectures
• Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks for production systems

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
• Expert-level proficiency in at least two cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments
• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) preferred
• Experience in fintech, payment systems, or high-transaction environments is a strong plus
