Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator will ensure seamless patient care coordination across departments, manage clinical operations, and drive quality and safety initiatives in a 500+ bed multi-specialty hospital. This role bridges clinical teams, administration, and patient services to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes.

• Coordinate patient care pathways across departments ensuring timely interventions and seamless transitions
• Manage daily clinical operations including bed management, OT scheduling, and resource allocation
• Implement and monitor clinical protocols, guidelines, and quality standards as per NABH accreditation
• Act as liaison between medical staff, nursing teams, and hospital administration
• Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure resolution with empathy and professionalism
• Drive clinical audit programs, incident reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or allied health sciences; Master's degree preferred
• 7-10 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in coordination or supervisory roles
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and quality standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of NABH/JCI accreditation standards and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and sound judgment
