The Category Manager will own the P&L for a high-growth product category with GMV exceeding ₹500 crores annually. This strategic role involves category strategy, selection expansion, pricing, and vendor partnerships to drive category leadership and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategy to achieve GMV, revenue, and profitability targets
• Own end-to-end P&L management including demand forecasting, inventory planning, and margin optimization
• Build and manage strategic relationships with top brands and sellers to expand selection and exclusive launches
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, pricing, and supply chain teams to drive category campaigns and promotions
• Monitor key metrics including conversion rates, NPS, return rates, and implement continuous improvements

• MBA from tier-1 B-school or equivalent
• 8-12 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or e-commerce with P&L ownership
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools
• Proven track record of driving category growth and achieving ambitious business targets
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution abilities
• Experience in consumer electronics, fashion, or home categories preferred
