Category Manager - Fashion & Lifestyle

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to drive the Fashion & Lifestyle vertical, managing product assortment, vendor relationships, and category profitability. This role involves strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.

• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Fashion & Lifestyle category with revenue targets exceeding ₹500 Cr annually
• Develop and execute category strategy including assortment planning, pricing, and promotional campaigns
• Build and manage relationships with key brand partners and negotiate commercial terms
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and technology teams to optimize category performance
• Drive merchandising excellence through data analytics, forecasting, and inventory management

• 8+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or buying roles in e-commerce or retail
• Proven track record of managing large categories with significant revenue impact
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools
• Deep understanding of fashion industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• MBA from tier-1 institution preferred
• Experience with fashion or lifestyle categories is highly desirable
