Category Head - Beverages

We are seeking an experienced Category Head to drive strategic growth for our beverages portfolio. This role will oversee end-to-end category management including product innovation, pricing strategy, and market expansion initiatives.

• Define and execute category strategy for beverages portfolio to drive revenue growth and market share
• Lead new product development initiatives from concept to launch in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams
• Conduct deep market analysis, consumer insights research, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
• Manage P&L for the category with accountability for revenue targets and profitability metrics
• Drive portfolio optimization through regular SKU rationalization and pricing strategy reviews
• Partner with sales and trade marketing teams to develop channel-specific go-to-market strategies

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG with at least 5 years in category management or brand marketing roles
• Proven track record of managing large beverage or food categories with significant revenue impact
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Nielsen/Kantar data analysis and consumer insights
• MBA from premier institution required; additional certifications in category management preferred
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving category innovation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of modern and traditional trade dynamics in Indian FMCG market
