About the Role
The Brand Manager will own strategic brand planning and execution for a ₹500+ crore personal care brand within HUL's portfolio. This role requires strong brand marketing expertise, consumer insights orientation, and ability to drive integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute annual brand strategy driving market share growth, penetration expansion, and profitability targets
- Lead innovation pipeline including new product development, variant launches, and packaging renovations
- Manage brand P&L with marketing budgets exceeding ₹80 crores annually optimizing ROI across media channels
- Commission and analyze consumer research driving insights-led decision making on positioning, communication, and pricing
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns working with creative agencies, media agencies, and digital partners
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and R&D teams ensuring seamless execution from concept to market
What Hindustan Unilever Limited Is Looking For
- MBA from top-tier institution (IIM/XLRI/ISB/FMS) with specialization in Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of brand management experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care or beauty categories
- Proven track record of driving successful brand campaigns and delivering business results
- Strong consumer marketing fundamentals with expertise in brand positioning, communication, and media planning
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market research and analytics into actionable strategies
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Creative thinking ability combined with strong business acumen
