Brand Manager - Beverages

As Brand Manager for our sparkling beverages portfolio, you will drive brand strategy, innovation, and marketing campaigns to grow market share and consumer engagement. This role demands a strategic marketer with deep FMCG experience who can develop insights-driven brand plans, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and deliver top-line growth. You will manage a significant P&L and collaborate with sales, insights, and agency partners.

• Develop and execute brand strategy and annual marketing plans for sparkling beverage brands with ₹300+ crore P&L
• Lead consumer insights and market research to identify growth opportunities, positioning strategies, and innovation pipeline
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential touchpoints
• Manage brand budgets, track ROI, and optimize media mix for maximum impact and efficiency
• Drive innovation in product development, packaging, and flavor launches aligned with consumer trends
• Collaborate with sales teams on trade marketing programs, promotional strategies, and in-market execution

• 7-10 years of brand management experience in FMCG with proven track record in beverages, foods, or personal care
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate consumer insights into winning brand propositions
• Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns with ATL/BTL/digital media mix
• Excellent P&L management skills with understanding of pricing, promotion, and portfolio optimization
• Strong agency management experience working with creative, media, and digital partners
• MBA from premier B-school required; marketing certifications are a plus
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
