AI Product Manager - Conversational AI

The AI Product Manager will drive product strategy and roadmap for Haptik's conversational AI platform, working at the intersection of AI/ML, product design, and business strategy. This role requires deep understanding of NLP, dialogue management, and customer experience to build industry-leading AI solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and customer success teams to deliver innovative AI products.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational AI platform features including NLP, dialogue flows, and integrations
• Work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI/ML product capabilities
• Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance AI accuracy and user experience
• Prioritize product backlog, write detailed user stories, and work with engineering teams in agile sprints
• Monitor product performance metrics including intent accuracy, conversation completion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support enterprise client implementations and customizations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of product management experience with minimum 3 years focused on AI/ML or conversational AI products
• Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, dialogue systems, and conversational design principles
• Proven track record of launching successful AI products and driving product-led growth
• Technical depth to collaborate effectively with ML engineers and understand model performance and limitations
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
