Academic Head

We are looking for an Academic Head to lead curriculum design, faculty management, and academic quality for our technology and data science programs. This leadership role requires educational expertise combined with industry knowledge to deliver world-class learning experiences.

• Lead academic strategy and curriculum design for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in technology domains
• Build and manage relationships with university partners and visiting faculty members
• Oversee learning outcomes, assessment frameworks, and academic quality assurance processes
• Mentor and manage a team of curriculum designers, content developers, and subject matter experts
• Drive innovation in pedagogy, instructional design, and learning methodologies
• Monitor student performance metrics, completion rates, and learning effectiveness

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputed institution
• Minimum 12 years of experience in academia, curriculum development, or educational leadership
• Strong understanding of technology education, industry trends, and skill requirements
• Experience working with universities, accreditation bodies, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record of designing and launching successful academic programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for education technology and transforming learning experiences
