• Lead academic strategy and curriculum development for K12 programs across Classes 4-12
• Ensure content accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and alignment with NCERT/CBSE/ICSE syllabi
• Manage a team of 50+ subject matter experts, curriculum designers, and content creators
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance learning experiences through AI and gamification
• Drive content innovation including video lessons, interactive assessments, and personalized learning paths
• Monitor student learning outcomes and implement continuous improvement based on analytics

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Subject Specialization, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in academic leadership roles within K12 education or EdTech
• Deep expertise in Indian curriculum frameworks (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards) and pedagogy
• Proven track record of curriculum design, content development, and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of digital learning, adaptive learning technologies, and learning analytics
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Passionate about education innovation and student learning outcomes
