The Academic Head for K12 Mathematics will lead the academic strategy, curriculum design, and content excellence for mathematics across grades 6-12. • Ensure pedagogical rigor, conceptual clarity, and engagement in all mathematics content across video lessons, practice modules, and assessments
• Collaborate with product, technology, and design teams to integrate academic content seamlessly into the learning platform
• Monitor student learning outcomes, conduct regular content audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Represent BYJU'S academic excellence in external forums, partner with educators, and stay updated with evolving educational trends

• 10-15 years of experience in mathematics education with at least 5 years in curriculum development or academic leadership roles
• Strong academic credentials in Mathematics (Master's or PhD preferred) with deep understanding of K12 pedagogy
• Proven experience in designing curriculum and content for CBSE, ICSE, or state boards with focus on conceptual learning
• Demonstrated leadership in managing academic teams, driving content quality, and achieving learning outcome targets
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, edtech trends, and adaptive learning methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
• Passion for education, innovation in teaching methodologies, and commitment to student success
