The Academic Head will lead the curriculum design, content strategy, and pedagogical excellence for the K-12 mathematics vertical. This role combines deep subject matter expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure world-class learning outcomes for millions of students.

• Lead the development and refinement of mathematics curriculum aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state board standards
• Manage a team of 25+ curriculum designers, content writers, and subject matter experts
• Ensure pedagogical rigor and learning effectiveness through continuous content quality audits
• Collaborate with product, technology, and design teams to create engaging digital learning experiences
• Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and drive content improvements
• Stay updated with educational trends, NEP 2020 guidelines, and competitive landscape

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field
• 9-12 years of experience in curriculum development, teaching, or academic leadership in K-12 education
• Deep understanding of Indian education boards, examination patterns, and student learning psychology
• Strong content creation skills with ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts
• Experience in EdTech or digital learning content development is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
