We are looking for an Academic Head to lead curriculum development, content quality, and academic strategy for our K-12 offerings in the East region. This leadership role requires an education professional with strong subject matter expertise, content development experience, and the ability to ensure academic excellence across programs.

• Lead academic strategy, curriculum design, and content development for classes 6-10 across multiple subjects
• Oversee a team of 25+ content developers, subject matter experts, and academic reviewers
• Ensure alignment of content with CBSE/ICSE curricula and maintain highest standards of academic accuracy
• Collaborate with technology, design, and product teams to create engaging digital learning experiences
• Drive quality assurance processes, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of content
• Conduct teacher training programs, webinars, and academic workshops for internal and external stakeholders

• Master's degree in Education or relevant subject discipline; B.Ed. mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of experience in academic content development, curriculum design, or teaching
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies at secondary school level
• Experience in managing content teams and delivering large-scale curriculum projects
• Understanding of pedagogical best practices, learning sciences, and digital education trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages
• Prior experience in EdTech or educational publishing is highly desirable
